The Parade Downtown Dubai Coming 29 NovemberIn Downtown Dubai, at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard,on Saturday, 29 November 2014, 3pm-5pm, there will be a parade with participants showing off their colors and providing entertainment along the way. A unique blend of nationalities and cultures will be present to celebrate the Spirit of the Union, as UAE nears its 43rd National Day on December 2.

The UAE Nation will show its multiculturalism and cosmopolitan outlook withcultural groups representing different communities. There will be giveaways, balloons and clappers distributed to spectators to make them feel part of the event and cheer on the festivities that are taking place. Entertainment will be provided by various artists including a series of street performers (dancers and musicians). Even mascots and colorful floats with novelty balloons will be part of the festive parade.

Furthermore, there is expected to be several flag-waving patrons in stride on camels and horses in the manifestation.The entire group will follow the Dubai Police officers on horseback that will march in formation at the head of the parade.

At the parade, there will be representatives from a choice of Schools, Government entities, Corporations, CSR associations, Bikers’ Clubs, and so on. Yet, all groups are welcome to participate in the parade and make this year’s UAENational Day celebrations one of the best ever.

Anyone can take part in the celebration; it is free of charge. However, to be part of the Parade Downtown Dubai and join others in the event, one must register and submit an application.

The annual parade, which is open to residents and visitors, is organized by Emaar Properties; this is a real estate development company located in the Emirates. They will once again host the event that celebrates the UAE’s path-breaking achievements and its rich cultural heritage.

The celebrations are likely to bring out thousands of people to take part in Emaar’s spectacular ‘Downtown Dubai Parade, National Day’ (as participants and spectators) to salute the ‘Spirit of the Union’ and pay tribute to the incredible achievements of the country. One can expect the parade, which will be going down Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, packed with a cheerful crowd passing some of Dubai’s most iconic attractions including Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain, and other notable landmarks.
