Taking part into Ignite Aquathlon Powered by Kellogg's Edition 4After taking part into last Dubai Marathon 2013, the founder of DubaiBlog – Nico de Corato – is partecipating to the Ignite Aquathlon, taking place at The Shack in Umm Sequim, the 14th June 2013.

  • Open:  800m Swim / 5km Run

  • Junior A (under 12 yrs) – Mixed boys and girls – Medals 1st, 2nd, 3rd.  Draw prize
  • Junior B (under 16 yrs) – Mixed boys and girls
  • Open – Mixed men and women
  • Open teams* – Mixed men and women
  • Sprint – Mixed men and women
  • Sprint teams* – Mixed men and women
  • Fun run:  3km
  • Life Guards Team – Men / Women, Women / Women, Men / Men  !!!NEW CATEGORY!!!
  • Life Guards – Best cheer

 

*Participants can enter as teams of two with each taking a different discipline

GOODY BAGS

Every participant will receive a Goody Bag at event registration
WATER STATIONS:

Supplied by the organisers; 1 station on the Run course as well as at the finish line. Participants may bring their own beverages.
RACE NUMBERS:

Race Numbers will be BODY MARKED on the morning of the race.

TEAMS:

Relay teams consist of 1 runner and 1 swimmer and may be comprised of boys / girls / males / females.
The runner must ‘tag’ the swimmer in the transition area or else face possible disqualification.
END-OF-RACE PROCEDURES:

When crossing the finish line, keep moving through the finish funnel and past the time and position keepers.
