Dubai, 6th of May 2015. The Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE – IICUAE and Promos Milano, the Special Agency of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, inaugurated their new offices in Dubai, at 48 Burj Gate, Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown at the outstanding presence of H.E. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri Minister of Economy of the UAE who cut the ribbon.
H.E. the Ambassador of Italy in Abu Dhabi Mr. Giorgio Starace, the Consul General of Italy in Dubai Mr. Giovanni Favilli, Mr. Mahmood Al Bastaki CEO of Dubai Trade, Mr. Riccardo Strano Director of the Italian State Tourist Board (ENIT) Area Asia – Oceania. Mr. Ferdinando Fiore Director of ITA (Italian Trade Agency) also took part to the inauguration, among other high representatives of the Emirati and Italian institutions.
H.E Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri Minister of Economy expressed his appreciation to the IICUAE and Promos Milano for their contribution in enhancing the relations between Italy and the UAE, highlighting the need of a continuous cooperation between the two Countries. “After 16 years of activity we are moving the offices in the new and prestigious premises of the 48 Burj Gate, Downtown. Therefore we are expecting to improve and expanding our overall activities in favour of the Italian and Emirati companies,” Mr. Mauro Marzocchi, IICUAE Secretary General, said.

The Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE – IICUAE (Camera di Commercio Italiana negli EAU) is a non-profit organization that offers consistent assistance to Italian enterprises in their survey and approach to the bustling UAE market, as well as to the Emirati operators who are interested in the Italian market.
