Guinness World Records: Tameer’s Princess Tower the world’s tallest residential buildingNews from Dubai: Guinness World Records has officially recognized Tameer’s Princess Tower as the world’s tallest residential building at 414m from base to tip.

Tameer’s Princess Tower is conveniently located on the Al Sufouh Road side at the north-east end of the Dubai Marina, within walking distance to shopping and the best entertainment venues that Dubai offers; it is being constructed on a 37,410 square feet plot in the Marina area, (one of the most exclusive and prestigious areas in Dubai) sweeping views of the Arabian Sea, the Palm Island and Jumeirah.
