The six-month Exposition now enters its last month; it is scheduled to end on October 31. If you have yet to go, decide soon, as time is running out. Visitors are in for a world of discovery.
Many participant countries have made a real contribution to the theme of Expo 2015, Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. Participants, who represent the heart and soul of the event, will help build a legacy that is of paramount importance to the development of humanity for food security, access to food, and sustainability.
The Expo in Milan is a food-focused event tackling the planet’s greatest issue – the past, present and, especially, future of food, but it also offers crowd-pleasing attractions. It allows visitors to discover the best of the flavors and gastronomic traditions of each of the exhibitors; every pavilion (see the UAE Pavilion here) offers a journey through culture and heritage.
Furthermore, EXPO 2015 in Milan features special attractions, live shows, and more. This offers an exciting experience to enthusiastic visitors, for any age group.
The Universal Exposition also is a venue for nature and science activities related to life-supporting functions, and it shows how positive change can happen through scientific discovery and technological innovations.
With kids back in school, the Expo is a great opportunity for educational trips and unique experiences. Youngsters will have the ability to learn about the themes of Expo Milano 2015 while engaging in related projects involving Foody and his friends, which make up the Expo mascot family composed of fruits and vegetables, designed by Disney Italy. They are used to bring fun and learning to the event and bring people together for a unique purpose.
Expo visitors also come for the exciting events. Did you know the upcoming weeks of October at Expo Milano 2015 will see free concerts (only with your Expo entrance ticket)? Fun events will be available for the entire family.
The Expo is open every day from 9:00 (Merlata and Roserio entrances) or 10:00 (Triulza and Fiorenza entrances) until 23:00, and Saturdays and Sundays until 24:00.
