Muslims are commanded by the Qur’an to complete their fast on the last day of Ramadan and then recite the Takbir prayer all throughout the period of Eid.The fasting period observed Holy month of Ramadan hard proved metabolism. We do recommand not to exceed with the food in this period, specially in first days after Ramadan, to let the body accustoms again to the usual feeding. As you know the iftar (Arabic: إفطار‎ ifṭār “Breakfast”), refers to the evening meal when Muslims end their fast at the time of sunset, right at the time of adhan Maghrib prayer in Sunni (mustahib) and after the maghrib prayer in Shia, during the Islamic month of Ramadan.

Traditionally but not mandatory, three dates are eaten to break the fast in emulation of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad, who broke his fast in this manner. To eat dates also helps not to attack the food, after a whole day fasting, and it is something we suggest not only during the ramadan. It’s common use also to offer dates to friends and guests at the break of the fasting.
